There is a walkway leading directly into Hall A on floor 2. Trolleys are available at the walkway for transporting smaller goods.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When moving in and moving out, exhibitors should use Entrance 1 (exhibitor entrance) via the G\u00e5rda Aff\u00e4rscentrum car park. On the last moving-in day and on exhibition days, exhibitors can also use Entrance 5 (the main entrance).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Under no circumstances may children be present in the halls while exhibitors are moving in.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Build-up through Entr\u00e9 1 &#8211; <\/strong>Monday May 4th between the hours 14:00-21:00<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note the end time for moving in. This is when initial cleaning begins and carpets are laid in the aisles. Initial cleaning in the form of vacuuming and dusting is carried out free of charge at all stands (except locked areas). Additional cleaning and removal of materials can be ordered from Stand Service &amp; Event Service \u2013 which you can reach through Svenska M\u00e4ssans website.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Swedish Exhibition &amp; Congress Centre cannot guarantee that all ordered equipment will be on site from the first moving-in day. This work will continue throughout the moving-in period, and any additional orders will be dealt with in the order of receipt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>During the moving-in period, mobile recycling stations will be positioned in the halls where all waste should be sorted. On exhibition days, there will be a recycling station at the loading doors<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Move-out through Entr\u00e9 1 &#8211; <\/strong>Wednesday May 6th between the hours 15:30-19:00<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle stands or remove exhibition goods before the designated time for moving out on the last exhibition day.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>During the first few moving-out hours, the aisle carpets will be taken up and empty packaging can be brought into the halls. All transport of goods within the exhibition premises, and transport work using forklifts, cranes, lifting equipment, etc. is handled by the Swedish Exhibition Centre\u00b4s Transport Centre, and charged according to the current price list.<\/p>\n<p>All persons who collect goods must be able to establish their identity, or in some other way prove that they are authorised to pick up goods belonging to an exhibitor. If an exhibitor employs an independent firm to transport exhibition goods, the exhibitor must inform the Transport Service office and provide freight documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note there is an extra charge for deliveries\/collections that have not been prebooked.
