We asked Frank a few questions prior to the event in Gothenburg.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you speak about at VECS 2025?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I will present Arval Mobility Observatory\u2019s annual Fleet &amp; Mobility Barometer 2025. It is one of the most comprehensive global surveys on mobility trends. As we look ahead to the next three years in the survey, fleet managers are poised to navigate a landscape marked by significant challenges and opportunities. The Fleet &amp; Mobility Barometer 2025 has identified 3 main axis of fleet and mobility transformation, based on the main challenges and drivers, expressed by the 8061 company fleet and mobility stakeholder in 28 countries; the 3 main axis being: environmental sustainability, cost efficiency and employees satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the most important findings in the Arval\u2019s report Fleet and Mobility Barometer? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would break it down to four pillars. First, Fleet Development &amp; Growth. Despite the rising cost challenge (TCO) 92% companies expect their fleet to grow or remain stable. Among companies that expect fleet growth 64% say it is key driver is HR related needs, significantly higher than European average.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, EV Strategies \u2013 Plans for implementation of electric vehicles remain high. The third important finding would be Mobility Solutions \u2013 HR needs are the main driver behind the implementation of mobility solutions. And finally, the Co2 Objectives. Only 13% of companies have set targeted decarbonization goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the key drivers behind the mobility evolution?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Environmental sustainability is the real engine behind the mobility evolution, often driven by the corporate CSR policies. The increasing HR needs where employee retention and talent acquisition show growing expectations on companies\u2019 mobility policies and solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Cost efficiency in relation to corporate mobility is also high on the agenda for the companies, especially after last year\u2019s increase of TCO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the important considerations for implementing connected cars?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To have a clear plan why you implement and how to use the data from Telematics. It seems like companies today have decided to implement telematic tools into their vehicles without a clear strategy. The right usage of telematics can support the fleet efficiency, vehicle security, driver safety and at the end help you save money. \u00a0Our survey tells that one third of companies adopt Telematic Solutions but only 12 % of them use it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you most looking forward to by attending and speaking at the event?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To network and hear about all new mobility trends, products and services being developed.
