Cancellations within the last 14 days prior to the event will result in no refunds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Invoice<\/strong><br \/>\nAn invoice is sent to delegates within two weeks of making the booking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Speakers Documentation<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will only receive documentation that we have authority to share.\u00a0 This is done either by password protected through the website or at the conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Pictures<\/strong><br \/>\nWe take pictures on our conferences and courses. The pictures might be used on our website or other material. If you don\u2019t want the pictures to be used elsewhere, please contact us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What happens if the event is canceled?<br \/>\n<\/strong>It is safe to book with us. Up to one month before the event, you can cancel your place free of charge, regardless of which delegate format you choose.
