Vi fick m\u00f6jligheten att st\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor till Tony inf\u00f6r konferensen och svaren hittar du nedan.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Vad kommer du att prata om p\u00e5 Framtidens kundservice &amp; Contact Center?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transparens tillg\u00e4nglighet och delaktighet<\/li>\n<li>AI chatbot, \u00f6ppna data och IoT \u2013 var, n\u00e4r, hur och varf\u00f6r?<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6kat merv\u00e4rde genom synergier \u2013 hur skapas detta?<\/li>\n<li>Vilka utmaningar ser vi i nul\u00e4get? M\u00f6jligheter som skapats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kommun-Kim har arbetat ett halv\u00e5r hos er i S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje kommun \u2013 kan du ber\u00e4tta mer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kommun-Kim \u00e4r v\u00e5r #AIchatbot, det \u00e4r ett koncept som startades i Norge och idag \u00e4r det 70 kommuner i Norge som har samma chatbot. I Sverige \u00e4r vi \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge fyra kommuner som har Kim. Under f\u00f6rra veckan hade Kim drygt 600 samtal enbart i S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje och vi har f\u00e5tt mycket positiv feedback b\u00e5de inom och utanf\u00f6r kommunen. Motivering \u00e4r s\u00e5 klart \u00f6kat tillg\u00e4nglighet, service och kvalitet. Kim jobbar ju dagarna i \u00e4nda\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt arbetar ni med ledorden \u201dtransparens, tillg\u00e4nglighet och delaktighet\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I v\u00e5r strategi f\u00f6r digitalisering som beslutades av kommunfullm\u00e4ktiga s\u00e5 har vi pekat ut fyra strategiska utvecklingsomr\u00e5den, dessa \u00e4r tillg\u00e4nglighet, kompetens, utveckling och effektivitet. Vi ser att transparens och delaktighet \u00e4r grundfundament i omr\u00e5det tillg\u00e4nglighet. N\u00e5gra exempel \u00e4r v\u00e5rt arbeta med v\u00e5r AI chatbot Kim, men ocks\u00e5 i arbetet med \u00f6ppna data, partnerskap med <em>Hack for Sweden <\/em>och att vi arrangerar <em>Hack for S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje<\/em> i januari 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur kan man \u00f6ka merv\u00e4rdet genom synergier?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Synergier kan definieras s\u00e5som \u201csynergi \u00e4r n\u00e4r tv\u00e5 eller flera influenser tillsammans bildar en starkare influens \u00e4n vid direkt addition\u201d.\u00a0 Dvs 1 +1 kan bli mer \u00e4n 2! Genom att ta vara p\u00e5 synergier i olika digitaliseringsprocesser s\u00e5 kan man \u00f6ka merv\u00e4rdet. Genom synergier kan man bygga digitala ekosystem som ger ett st\u00f6rre merv\u00e4rde och \u00f6kad funktionalitet. Vi jobbar nu i S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje med synergier mellan RPA och e-tj\u00e4nster och planerar f\u00f6r synergier gentemot digital post, \u00f6ppna data och IoT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vilka utmaningar ser du framf\u00f6r dig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5ra utmaningar ligger i att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 v\u00e5r samtid f\u00f6r att kunna f\u00f6rbereda f\u00f6r v\u00e5r framtid. Digitalisering \u00e4ndrar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r hur vi l\u00e4r, arbetar, kommunicera, samarbetar och samspelar.
