Mitt f\u00f6rsta arbete efter universitet var p\u00e5 Ericsson Enterprise som produktchef f\u00f6r Ericssons d\u00e5varande kontaktcenterl\u00f6sningar. Jag gick vidare till andra omr\u00e5den, arbetade med direktmarknadsf\u00f6ring p\u00e5 SWEDMA, var med och startade upp Hitta.se samt arbetade p\u00e5 Silobreaker som \u00e4r ledande inom avancerad omv\u00e4rldsbevakning och analys. S\u00e5g hur allt detta kom samman inom kontaktcenter och b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 Mitel f\u00f6r 4 \u00e5r sedan som omr\u00e5desansvarig inom Norden f\u00f6r Mitels kontaktcentererbjudande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du arbetar p\u00e5 Mitel, vad best\u00e5r ditt arbete mest av?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Att missionera om alla de m\u00f6jligheter som kommer med Mitels kontaktcenterl\u00f6sningar, men sj\u00e4lvklart ocks\u00e5 att lyssna p\u00e5 marknaden och driva p\u00e5 omr\u00e5den d\u00e4r vi kan bli \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur skulle du s\u00e4ga att kontaktcenteromr\u00e5det har utvecklats i och med den tekniska- och digitala utvecklingen under de senaste 5 \u00e5ren?<br \/>\n<\/strong>De senaste 5 \u00e5ren har vi bara sett b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 en st\u00f6rre f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, vi har sett hur kontaktcenter- och CRM-v\u00e4rlden allt mer v\u00e4xer samman. Vi ser hur nya ekosystem som IFTTT och Zapier v\u00e4xer fram och hur integrationer och applikationer allt mer flyttas fr\u00e5n kundplacerade servrar till molnet. Vi ser \u00e4ven att kraven \u00f6kar p\u00e5 att kontaktcenterteknologin beh\u00f6ver bli tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r hela f\u00f6retaget, och inte bara vara en isolerad del av organisationen, f\u00f6r att kunna f\u00f6lja med kunden p\u00e5 dess hela kundresa. Och till allt detta kommer nya m\u00f6jligheter med IoT, video och AI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad anser du vara den st\u00f6rsta utmaningen f\u00f6r organisationer som vill uppgradera till digitaliserade \/ moderna l\u00f6sningar?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r dels produktrelaterad och dels organisatorisk.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ger min nuvarande leverant\u00f6r en roadmap d\u00e4r jag s\u00f6ml\u00f6st kan migrera till n\u00e4sta generations l\u00f6sningar eller \u00e4r det en \u201drip and replace\u201d som g\u00e4ller?<\/li>\n<li>Hur v\u00e4l f\u00f6rst\u00e5r organisationen vad de har och vad deras system kan g\u00f6ra.
