Vi passade p\u00e5 att ta en kort intervju med Jonas inf\u00f6r hans medverkan.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kan du kortfattat f\u00f6rklara ditt engagemang inom kundservice samt din roll p\u00e5 Workz?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r en av grundarna till Workz Sweden. Anledningen till att vi startade Workz \u00e4r att vi anser att kundservicen \u00e4r en av f\u00f6retagets viktigaste avdelningar. H\u00e4r hanteras en stor majoritet av kundrelationerna, och potentialen f\u00f6r aff\u00e4rer \u00e4r enorm. Vi vill frig\u00f6ra kraften, f\u00e5 upp statusen och s\u00e4tta kundservice som funktion och yrke p\u00e5 kartan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 konferensen kommer det att diskuteras om framtidens kundservice och digitaliserings inverkan. Vilket \u00e4ven er talarpunkt handlar om med inriktning p\u00e5 framtidens medarbetare i kundservice. Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det ett s\u00e5 viktigt \u00e4mne enligt dig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Framtidens service kommer bara forts\u00e4tta att bli mer agil, flexibel och kreativ. I denna process ma\u030aste organisationer skapa kraftfulla inkubatorer som go\u0308r det mo\u0308jligt fo\u0308r dem att utveckla sina talanger. Ist\u00e4llet fo\u0308r att sa\u0308ga upp gamla ansta\u0308llda som inte la\u0308ngre kan mo\u0308ta de nya kraven ma\u030aste fokus la\u0308ggas pa\u030a att fra\u0308mja och utveckla de befintliga talangerna. Samtidigt m\u00e5ste vi anv\u00e4nda modern forskning f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att vi attraherar r\u00e4tt medarbetare med r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att klara yrket service, genom att testa av deras kompetensprofil f\u00f6r de olika \u00e4ndam\u00e5len.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En av punkterna i er f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning handlar om att automatisering f\u00f6r enklare fr\u00e5gor kan skapa nya roller och ansvarsomr\u00e5den f\u00f6r medarbetare. Vilka roller ser du att kundservicearbetare tar sig an fram\u00f6ver? Varf\u00f6r dessa?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Digitaliseringen breder ut sig, vi ro\u0308r oss mot en arbetsmarknad da\u0308r antalet ansta\u0308llda som utfo\u0308r komplexa arbeten kommer att o\u0308ka medan repetitiva och standardiserade arbeten kommer att automatiseras i en ho\u0308gre grad. Tekniken kommer att beh\u00f6va arbeta tillsammans med ma\u0308nniskor. Det vill sa\u0308ga, kundserviceagenter av ko\u0308tt och blod. \u00c5terigen kommer vikten av att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att r\u00e4tt kompetens f\u00e5r r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att genomf\u00f6ra de arbetsuppgifter som kunden f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Har du n\u00e5got kortfattat tips hur man redan idag sm\u00e5tt kan b\u00f6rja f\u00f6rbereda sig och arbeta med att inf\u00f6ra s\u00e5dana roller i sin egen verksamhet?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst beh\u00f6ver vi veta vad v\u00e5ra kunder f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig och vad de upplever i sin service via oss. D\u00e5 tekniskt kunniga generationer blir en sto\u0308rre konsumentgrupp, kommer kommentarer pa\u030a sociala medier att o\u0308ka. Och det a\u0308r inte den enda fo\u0308ra\u0308ndringen som kommer. Kundsupport och agenterna som jobbar med den ma\u030aste anpassas pa\u030a flera sa\u0308tt fo\u0308r att mo\u0308ta fo\u0308rva\u0308ntningarna hos dagens och morgondagens anv\u00e4ndare. Vad kan vi d\u00e5 g\u00f6ra? Go\u0308r det enkelt.
