Vi fick en pratstund med Dino inf\u00f6r konferensen d\u00e4r han bla ber\u00e4ttar vad deltagarna kan f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta sig av hans presentation, hur det \u00e4r att etablera kundservice i flera kanaler och hur hittar man egentligen balans mellan digitala och fysiska kanaler?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kan du ber\u00e4tta om din roll och vad du kommer att prata om p\u00e5 Framtidens kundservice &amp; Contact Center?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag jobbar som Bot och E-com specialist p\u00e5 Rusta i dagsl\u00e4get. Min roll omfattar en hel del sm\u00e5tt och gott inom b\u00e5da omr\u00e5dena. Fr\u00e4mst f\u00f6rvaltning av v\u00e5r chattbot, dvs se till att den \u00e4r \u201dtr\u00e4nad\u201d och uppdaterad f\u00f6r att kunna bem\u00f6ta v\u00e5ra kunder p\u00e5 daglig basis med en h\u00f6g serviceniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inom E-com sitter jag en del med det administrativa d\u00e4r min kunskap inom kundservice \u00e4r till stor hj\u00e4lp. Mycket kring v\u00e5ra k\u00f6pevillkor, kopplingar mellan v\u00e5ra system, inneh\u00e5llet i v\u00e5ra utskick s\u00e5 som orderbekr\u00e4ftelser och information till kund vid k\u00f6p. Allt f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra kundens upplevelse s\u00e5 bra som m\u00f6jligt och att kund k\u00e4nner sig trygg n\u00e4r denne handlar hos oss p\u00e5 Rusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r viktigt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man ska implementera en chattbot?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planera, planera, planera. Det absoluta viktigaste \u00e4r att inte rusa in i en implementation och tro att detta kommer l\u00f6sa alla utmaningar man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 bukt p\u00e5 bara f\u00f6r att man trycker p\u00e5 \u201dstart\u201d knappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta ska man hitta en leverant\u00f6r som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r kundservice! Det finns m\u00e5nga d\u00e4r ute som erbjuder just Chat Bots d\u00e4r de kan de tekniska bitarna j\u00e4ttebra, men f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte kundservicebiten vilket kan medf\u00f6ra en del utmaningar. Vi tog god tid p\u00e5 oss innan vi swajpa h\u00f6ger och fick en perfekt match med r\u00e4tt leverant\u00f6r med ett team som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r b\u00e5de vikten av kundm\u00f6tet samt de tekniska l\u00f6sningarna som beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det andra ska man ha tydliga \u00e4ndam\u00e5l f\u00f6r vad och vilka typ av fr\u00e5gor samt funktioner botten ska ha. Vad f\u00f6r syfte den ska fylla i teamet i sin roll som en digital kollega?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det tredje; en bra projektledare med grupp som best\u00e5r av n\u00e5gon som g\u00e4rna \u00e4r tekniskt intresserad och tycker denna typ av uppgifter \u00e4r kul. N\u00e5gon som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r systemen, tex \u00e4rendehantering, man jobbar i samt n\u00e5gon som bidrar med kunskap f\u00f6r servicebiten, dvs slutkunden. Detta \u00e4r en oslagbar trio som t\u00e4cker de 3 viktiga omr\u00e5dena f\u00f6r de b\u00e4sta resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur ska man arbeta f\u00f6r att etablera kundservice i flera kanaler? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etablering inom olika kanaler kan vara v\u00e4ldigt utmanande. De skiljer sig \u00e5t i b\u00e5de hur kommunikationen sker samt vilken upplevelse kunden f\u00e5r. I min mening, det absolut viktigaste man b\u00f6r ha med sig \u00e4r kunden k\u00e4nner sig bra bem\u00f6tt, oavsett vilken kanal denne kontaktar oss i. En chattbot t.ex. \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r snabba, enkla svar som h\u00e4mtas fr\u00e5n antingen hemsidan eller f\u00f6rbest\u00e4md information. Beh\u00f6ver du komma i kontakt med agent under den tid de finns tillg\u00e4ngliga, samlar botten in information och den fysiska medarbetaren f\u00e5r snabbt en bra \u00f6versikt vad kunden beh\u00f6ver hj\u00e4lp med och kan h\u00e5lla en h\u00f6g servicegrad mot kund. Finns det ingen fysisk agent tillg\u00e4nglig, kan en bot hj\u00e4lpa till att l\u00e4gga upp ett \u00e4rende d\u00e4r botten st\u00e4ller alla relevanta fr\u00e5gor f\u00f6rst och d\u00e4refter l\u00e4gger upp ett sammanst\u00e4llt \u00e4rende som g\u00f6r det enkelt f\u00f6r agenterna att besvara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur kan man balansera arbetet mellan digitala och fysiska kanaler? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I de fall d\u00e4r man har en extern kundservice, t.ex. som vi p\u00e5 Rusta har en outsourcad first line support, kan botten medf\u00f6ra stora besparingar i b\u00e5de tid och kostnader d\u00e4r samtal\/chattar\/mail vanligtvis tar upp tid att besvara enklare fr\u00e5gor. Oftast d\u00e4r informationen finns tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r kund p\u00e5 hemsida. Kunden slipper eventuella telefonk\u00f6er och l\u00e4ngre svarstider, speciellt under h\u00f6gs\u00e4song d\u00e4r botten \u00e4r tillg\u00e4nglig 24\/7 med snabba svar p\u00e5 enklare fr\u00e5gor. Fysiska agenter kan d\u00e5 skifta sitt fokus till \u00e4renden som faktiskt kr\u00e4ver m\u00e4nsklig kontakt. L\u00f6nsamheten f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget \u00f6kar samtidigt som \u201don\u00f6diga\u201d kostnader minskar och man bibeh\u00e5ller en h\u00f6gre tillg\u00e4nglighet mot kund med h\u00f6g servicegrad. Summa summarum, har man satt r\u00e4tt uppgifter p\u00e5 de digitala kanalerna och r\u00e4tt ansvar p\u00e5 de fysiska s\u00e5 \u00e4r man p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad hoppas du att deltagarna tar med sig av din f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag hoppas att deltagarna kommer k\u00e4nna sig inspirerade att v\u00e5ga ta klivet mot en digitaliserad kundservice.
