N\u00e5got som har p\u00e5verkat oss alla p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt och vi kan fortfarande bara spekulera i vilka effekterna p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt blir f\u00f6r oss oavsett ifall vi arbetar inom den privata eller offentliga sektorn. P\u00e5 Servicedesk Forum 2021 kommer Frida Almgren med l\u00e5ng erfarenhet av kommunikation lotsa oss igenom dagarna som \u00e5rets moderator och vi passade p\u00e5 att st\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor till henne inf\u00f6r konferensen.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Vad ser du som moderator som mest fram emot p\u00e5 Servicedesk Forum nu i oktober?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det ska bli fantastiskt att f\u00e5 vara med och moderera ett fysiskt event, att f\u00e5 m\u00f6ta m\u00e4nniskor och k\u00e4nna energin, n\u00e5got vi inte varit bortsk\u00e4mda med det senaste \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur upplever du att supportfunktionen har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats under pandemin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Att f\u00e5 r\u00e4tt och snabb support i digitala kanaler har f\u00e5tt en \u00f6kad betydelse, vilket jag tror \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi kommer att se fortsatt i det &#8221;nya normala&#8221; \u00e4ven efter pandemin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad h\u00e4nder nu n\u00e4r f\u00f6rhoppningsvis pandemin b\u00f6rjar avta och kan vi dra n\u00e5gra viktiga l\u00e4rdomar fr\u00e5n denna period?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag tror det blir viktigt att alla, b\u00e5de individer och f\u00f6retag tar tid f\u00f6r reflektion. Vad var det som fungerade v\u00e4l och som vi g\u00e4rna arbetar vidare med och inom vilka omr\u00e5den beh\u00f6ver vi v\u00e4ssa v\u00e5r kompetens?<\/p>\n<p><strong>I framtidens supportfunktion \u2013 finns det plats b\u00e5de f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskan och tekniken tror du?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en diskussion som p\u00e5g\u00e5tt l\u00e4nge, inte minst kopplat till AI.
