About the event

VECS is one of the leading automotive events in the Nordics, Driving the Future of Sustainable Transportation. The conference brings together 1400+ delegates, 80+ sponsors/exhibitors and 90+ speakers to share ideas, insights, and inspiration. VECS is a great opportunity to gain insights from established industry experts, renowned organizations, and agile start-ups about the best use cases regarding process and organizational aspects for a profitable use of new technologies.

The first day (18th of March) starts with a plenary session and after lunch you can choose between two parallel tracks. On the second day (19th of March) you can choose from no less than 7 different in-depth tracks, all of them packed with case studies, expert lectures and top-class speakers.

VECS is held at Svenska Mässan (The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Center), Mässans Gata 24, Gothenburg.

Please use Entrance 8 at the north-west corner of the exhibition building, close to Scandinavium by the street Skånegatan.

Terms and Conditions for Delegate Registration

Terms of payment
Payment is to be made against the invoice no later than 3 days before the conference start date.

Delegate Pass Cancellation
If you cannot attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place. Your fee will be refunded for all cancellations received by us in writing and confirmed via e-mail at least 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations received 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within the last 14 days prior to the event will result in no refunds.

Invoice
An invoice is sent to delegates within two weeks of making the booking.

Speakers Documentation
A week ahead of the event you will receive a private dropbox link.

You will only receive documentation that we have authority to share. Please note that for any documents missing we will aim to have them uploaded after the conference, subject to us receiving such documentation or authority to share information, from the relevant Speaker.

What happens if the event is canceled due to e.g. pandemic?
It is safe to book with us. Up to one month before the event, you can cancel your place free of charge, regardless of which delegate format you choose. You can also freely transfer the place to a colleague.

Should the conference be cancelled, we will notify you in good time (no later than 30 days before the event) and your participation fee will be refunded.

Handling of personal data and Insight Events privacy policy 
We have updated our privacy policy from May 2023 due to a lead scanning app we provide exhibitors on VECS. You do not need to do anything regarding this. Welcome to contact us with any questions.

Lead scanner
The events QR-code scanner serves as a Lead scanner for our Exhibitors and Sponsors. When the QR-code on your name badge is scanned, it gathers and provides your contact details to the scanner.


Filming & photography

As a means of documenting the event and to use in future marketing, parts of the conference will be filmed and photographed. This means some delegates might be included in some recorded material. If you do not wish to be filmed/photographed, please contact us.
