Cancellation rules for conferences
In case of cancellation, which must be made in writing, no fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 30 days before the first day of the conference, 50% if the cancellation is made no later than 14 days before and 100% if the cancellation is made later.
Participants who have registered for a free dinner and do not attend will be charged 500:- if cancellation is not made no later than one week before the conference day.
Cancellation policy for courses
In case of cancellation, which must be made in writing and confirmed via email, no fee will be charged if the cancellation is made no later than one month (30 days) before the course date. If cancellation is made during the last month before the course date, 100% of the course fee will be charged. If you are prevented from attending and are unable to attend, you can of course transfer your place to a colleague.
Cancellation of participation without fee
A few events offer participation without fee. The number of places is limited and special conditions may apply. You can read more about this on the respective event pages. Any cancellation of a place must be made in writing via email, no later than two weeks before the conference, and confirmed via email. In the event of no-show cancellation, SEK 990 will be charged.
It is possible to transfer your seat to a colleague. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Information about this can be found in the brochure and on the website under the current event. If you are registered for a conference/course, a venue notification will be sent out approximately 1 month before the event takes place. You will also find information about the venue approximately 1 month before the event starts on our website.
The price excludes VAT. Documentation, lunch and morning and afternoon coffee are included in the price. Unless otherwise stated.
Go to the event registration page and fill in your details. On the last page of the registration form you can fill in any discount codes. Enter your discount code and the price will be updated automatically. If you have any problems, contact us at info@insightevents.se or via the contact form.
If you want to use your voucher, please make a written notification and email it to info@insightevents.se. The original voucher must also be attached to the email.
You make your own hotel reservations, but you can get a discount on your hotel stay. We collaborate with several hotels in the Stockholm area.

When you register for one of our events, you must agree to the registration terms below:

Switching from physical to digital conference
If you want to switch from physical attendance to digital attendance, that’s fine, provided the option is offered. Any difference in ticket price will only be credited if there are 30 or more days left until the conference. Furthermore, you will not be charged any difference if you paid a flat rate from the beginning for physical attendance and want to switch to digital attendance closer to the event, even if the digital ticket would have a different price list that at the time of your switch would have a higher price. You will keep your original lower price.
Payment terms:
Payment is due against invoice 30 days net, but no later than three working days before the conference/course.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Invoice
An invoice will be sent by post within two weeks of receiving your registration.
Conference documentation
Many of our speakers update their speeches at the last minute. This means that we now provide the documentation at our conferences electronically. In connection with the conference, you will be given access to the documentation on our website via a password. If you would like to make notes in the documentation, we recommend that you print it out and bring it with you to the conference.
Photography
We take photographs at our conferences and courses. The images may be used in printed materials, on the web or in other commercial material. If you do not want images of you to be used for this purpose, please contact: info@insightevents.se

Insight Events protects your privacy and aims to be as transparent as possible regarding the handling of personal data. 3. When do we collect personal data and from where?
Insight Events collects personal information about you when visiting and using Insight Events websites, submitting a notification to a conference or course, downloading materials such as brochures, participating in competitions or otherwise using any of our forms on the websites. In addition to the information you provide us, we also collect information from partners, address registers, trade registers and other similar sources.

Examples of this may be mail where we handle your purchase and provide you with information about billing, order confirmations and mailing with information about the conference / course you are notified to.
Processing of your personal data according to paragraph 3 above is made after a balance of interest or after you have given your consent to this processing. For marketing purposes, we would like to offer you relevant offers and information about conferences / courses that may be of interest to you and your skills development in your role as an employee. Do we share your personal information with 3rd parties?
If it is necessary for us to offer our services, we share your personal information with companies that are so-called personal information counselors for us.
Insight Events organizes certain conferences on behalf of other companies / organizations, such as the Socionomdagarna, Ekonomidagarna, Psykoterapimassan and the series of our SvD Summits. In order to organize these conferences we will share your information with the organizers.
At some conferences / events we have partners in the form of sponsors, exhibitors, media partners or other partners that we may share some personal information with under strict conditions
5. How long will your data be saved?
We save the data as long as we believe you have a legitimate interest from our communication and you have not chosen to actively unsubscribe.
We may save the data longer if we need it by law or to guard our legal interests, such as if there is an active legal process.
6. Right to request corrections, delete data, registry extracts and objection to direct marketing
You are entitled to request to have incorrect, misleading or incomplete information corrected.
You are entitled to have a registry extract to know what information about you we are dealing with.
You are entitled to have your information deleted if:
The information we process is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected
You object to an assumption of legitimate interest or if you oppose direct marketing treatment.
Keep in mind that you can always influence which channels you recieve, for example, you can only get offers by email but not post.
