Vad är nästa steg för att vidareutveckla IT-supporten inom kommunen i framtiden? Malin Bergström arbetar som verksamhetskonsult på Agima Management och tillsammans med Astor Forsberg Tardat, IT-support 2:nd line på Sollentuna kommun är de aktuella som talare på Servicedesk Forum den 19-20 mars i Stockholm. Där kommer de bland annat att berätta hur de ökade vi användarnöjdheten på IT-supporten till 4,7 av 5 möjliga i deras kundundersökning.
