Insight Events värnar om din personliga integritet och har som mål att vara så transparenta som möjligt gällande vår hantering av personuppgifter. Nedan hittar du information om vilka uppgifter om dig som vi behandlar, för vilka ändamål, den rättsliga grunden för behandling, hur länge vi sparar uppgifterna om dig och dina rättigheter mm.

1. Allmänt

Insight Events Sweden AB (”Insight Events”) vill med denna integritetspolicy visa hur vi säkerställer att dina personuppgifter behandlas i enlighet med Dataskyddsförordningen, branschregler och gängse normer. Du ska alltid kunna känna dig trygg när du lämnar dina personuppgifter till oss.

2. Personuppgiftsansvarig

Insight Events Sweden AB, org.nr 556496-1497, är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter på hemsidan och i våra tjänster. Information om hur du kontaktar oss finns längst ner på denna sida.

3. När samlar vi in personuppgifter och varifrån?

Insight Events samlar in personuppgifter om dig när du besöker och använder Insight Events hemsidor, gör en anmälan till en konferens eller kurs, laddar ner material som t.ex. broschyrer, deltar i tävlingar eller på annat sätt använder något av våra formulär på webbplatserna. Utöver de uppgifter som du själv lämnar till oss, samlar vi även in uppgifter från samarbetspartners, adressregister, branschregister och liknande.

COOKIES

Insight Events använder cookies och tracking-tjänster på våra webbsidor för att analysera hur våra besökare använder tjänster och funktioner samt för att förbättra användarupplevelsen.

Om cookies

Våra cookies

• Apsis Lead (third party):
  Vi använder APSIS Lead för att identifiera affärsmöjligheter för framtida B2B relationer. APSIS Lead använder information som din IP adress och unika identifierare som sparas som cookies på din enhet för att identifiera vilket ditt företag är.
• Google Analytics (third party):
  Google Analytics är ett verktyg som hjälper oss förstå hur du använder vår hemsida. Verktyget använder ett antal cookies för att samla in statistisk information utan att personligen identifiera individuella besökare.

4. Hur använder vi dina personuppgifter?

Insight Events hanterar och använder dina personuppgifter för att:

1. fullgöra våra åtaganden gentemot dig som kund
2. för informationssyfte
3. i marknadsföringssyfte
4. för upprätthållandet av korrekta och uppdaterade uppgifter

Behandlingen av dina uppgifter enligt ovan punkt 1 och 2 görs för att det är nödvändigt för att fullgöra ett avtal med dig. Exempel på detta kan vara utskick där vi hanterar ditt köp och ger dig information kring fakturering, orderbekräftelser och utskick med information om den konferens/kurs du är anmäld till.

Behandling av dina personuppgifter enligt ovan punk 3 görs efter en intresseavvägning eller efter att du lämnat samtycke till behandlingen. I marknadsföringssyfte vill vi kunna erbjuda dig relevanta erbjudanden och information om konferenser/kurser som kan vara av intresse för dig och din kompetensutveckling inom din roll som anställd. Du har givetvis möjlighet att när som helst motsätta dig att vi behandlar dina personuppgifter för marknadsföringsändamål. Kontaktuppgifter till oss hittar du längst ner i denna policy.

Delar vi dina personuppgifter med 3:e part?

Om det är nödvändigt för att vi ska kunna erbjuda våra tjänster delar vi dina personuppgifter med företag som är så kallade personuppgiftsbiträden för oss.

Insight Events organiserar vissa konferenser på uppdrag av andra företag/organisationer, tex Socionomdagarna, Ekonomidagarna, PsykoterapiMässan och serien med våra SvD-summits. För att kunna organisera dessa konferenser kan vi komma att dela dina uppgifter med arrangörerna.

På vissa konferenser/events har vi partners i form av sponsorer, utställare, mediapartners eller andra samarbetspartners som vi kan komma att dela vissa personuppgifter med.

Leadsinsamling av utställare/Scanningsapp på konferenser/event

På vissa av våra konferenser/event där vi har utställare kan de använda en tjänst, tillhandahållen av oss, som innebär insamling av digitala visitkort via en lead-scanningsapp. Om du deltar på ett sådant event och godkänner att en utställare läser av/scannar din namnbricka, så godkänner du med det att utställaren får tillgång till dina personuppgifter.  Lead-scanningensavläsning är självklart frivillig och du avgör själv vilka eller vem som får scanna din badge/namnbricka. Vill du på förhand neka tillstånd, kontakta oss på databas@insightevents.se så tar vi bort möjligheten för dina personuppgifter att delas via scanningsappen.

5. Hur länge sparas dina uppgifter?

Vi sparar uppgifterna så länge vi tror att du har nytta av vår kommunikation och du inte har valt att aktivt tacka nej.

Vi kan komma att spara uppgifterna längre om vi måste det enligt lag eller för att bevaka våra rättsliga intressen, t.ex. om det pågår en juridisk process.

6. Rätt att begära rättelser, radera uppgifter, registerutdrag och invända mot direktmarknadsföring

Du har rätt att få felaktiga, missvisande eller ofullständiga uppgifter rättade.

Du har rätt att få ett registerutdrag för att veta vilka uppgifter om dig vi behandlar.

Du har rätt att få dina uppgifter raderade om:

• de uppgifter som vi behandlar inte längre är nödvändiga för de ändamål som de har samlats in för
• du invänder mot en intresseavvägning vi har gjort baserat på berättigat intresse eller om du invänder mot behandling för direktmarknadsföring. Tänk på att du alltid kan påverka vilka kanaler du vill få direktutskick genom, tex kan du välja att endast få erbjudanden via email men inte post.

Du kan även när som helst återkalla ditt samtycke eller invända till hantering av att uppgifter om dig lagras och behandlas.

Insight Events protects your privacy and aims to be as transparent as possible regarding the handling of personal data. 3. When do we collect personal data and from where?

Insight Events collects personal information about you when visiting and using Insight Events websites, submitting a notification to a conference or course, downloading materials such as brochures, participating in competitions or otherwise using any of our forms on the websites. In addition to the information you provide us, we also collect information from partners, address registers, trade registers and other similar sources.

Insight Events uses cookies and tracking services on our web pages to analyse how our visitors use services and features as well as to enhance their user experience.

• Apsis Lead (third party):
  We use APSIS Lead to identify business opportunities for future B2B relationships. APSIS Lead uses information like your IP address and unique identifiers that are stored as cookies on your device to identify what your business is.
• Google Analytics (third party):
  Google Analytics is a tool that helps us understand how to use our website. The tool uses a number of cookies to collect statistical information without personally identifying individual visitors.

4. How do we use your personal information?

Insight Events handles and uses your personal information to:

fulfill our commitments to you as a customer

for the maintenance of accurate and updated data

The processing of your information as described in sections 1 and 2 above is made necessary to fulfill an agreement with you. Examples of this may be mail where we handle your purchase and provide you with information about billing, order confirmations and mailing with information about the conference / course you are notified to.

Processing of your personal data according to paragraph 3 above is made after a balance of interest or after you have given your consent to this processing. For marketing purposes, we would like to offer you relevant offers and information about conferences / courses that may be of interest to you and your skills development in your role as an employee. Do we share your personal information with 3rd parties?

If it is necessary for us to offer our services, we share your personal information with companies that are so-called personal information counselors for us.

Insight Events organizes certain conferences on behalf of other companies / organizations, such as the Socionomdagarna, Ekonomidagarna, Psykoterapimassan and the series of our SvD Summits. In order to organize these conferences we will share your information with the organizers.

At some conferences / events we have partners in the form of sponsors, exhibitors, media partners or other partners that we may share some personal information with under strict conditions

5. How long will your data be saved?

We save the data as long as we believe you have a legitimate interest from our communication and you have not chosen to actively unsubscribe.

We may save the data longer if we need it by law or to guard our legal interests, such as if there is an active legal process.

6. Right to request corrections, delete data, registry extracts and objection to direct marketing

You are entitled to request to have incorrect, misleading or incomplete information corrected.
You are entitled to have a registry extract to know what information about you we are dealing with.
You are entitled to have your information deleted if:

The information we process is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected

You object to an assumption of legitimate interest or if you oppose direct marketing treatment.

Keep in mind that you can always influence which channels you recieve, for example, you can only get offers by email but not post.

You may at any time withdraw your consent or object to the handling of information about you being stored and processed.
